Nucleic Acids Research
NPASS is a dataset in the TCM LLM catalog (Awesome-TCM-LLM), dated 2025. It is maintained alongside the GitHub list of Traditional Chinese Medicine large language models.
A database of measured activity for natural products. This version lists 204,023 natural products, 48,940 source organisms, 8,764 targets, and 1,048,756 activity records, with values drawn from ChEMBL and the literature. Species records were also taken from TCM-ID, TCMID, TCMSP, and TM-MC. The 2026 update appeared in Nucleic Acids Research in November 2025.
