ChiMed (Qilin) is a dataset in the TCM LLM catalog (Awesome-TCM-LLM), dated 2023. It is maintained alongside the GitHub list of Traditional Chinese Medicine large language models.
Qilin-Med’s ~3GB Chinese medical corpus (CPT/SFT/DPO); not the same resource as the ChiMed 2.0 pretraining set.
