TCMCPD is a dataset in the TCM LLM catalog (Awesome-TCM-LLM), dated 2026. It is maintained alongside the GitHub list of Traditional Chinese Medicine large language models.
Structured case-derived tables: 4,895 patients, 12,900 visits, 712 herbs, 11,879 visit–syndrome links, and 63,192 visit–herb rows. Dose units are mostly grams (61,386), plus 1,067 qian, 364 pieces, 240 tablets, 69 liang, 64 fen, and 2 millilitres. Rows also link symptoms, ingredients, and targets, with Neo4j files. Full copyrighted case texts are not redistributed. The describing manuscript is a Research Square preprint.
