TCMPG 2.0 is a dataset in the TCM LLM catalog (Awesome-TCM-LLM), dated 2024. It is maintained alongside the GitHub list of Traditional Chinese Medicine large language models.
Traditional Chinese medicine plant-genome database maintained by Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and collaborators. The current homepage lists 274 plants, 324 genomes, 414 herbs, and 13,809 ingredients, with BLAST, JBrowse, and other tools. A 2024 paper describes the 2.0 upgrade. The site is open for browsing and analysis; a full packaged dump was not verified.
