TradMPD
TradMPD is a dataset in the TCM LLM catalog (Awesome-TCM-LLM), dated 2012. It is maintained alongside the GitHub list of Traditional Chinese Medicine large language models.
Traditional Medical and Pharmaceutical Database at the University of Toyama Institute of Natural Medicine. The English about page says it was supported by a MEXT regional innovation cluster grant for 2008–2012. It covers crude-drug identity, properties, Kampo composition and indications, and more than 10,000 Kampo papers. The Wakanyaku Library holds nearly 80 compounds plus chemical and bioassay data for hot-water extracts of 80 crude drugs and 80 Kampo extracts, with bioassay downloads from 2024.
