De-identified 2025 internal-medicine outpatient prescriptions from Zhao Hanqing: 122 patients, 335 prescriptions, and 5,951 herb rows with gram doses. 75 are initial visits and 260 are follow-ups. Routes: 315 oral decoctions, 8 oral dissolved, 8 external washes, and 4 external uses. Dosing is twice daily in 333 prescriptions and three times daily in 2. Herb-name rows containing processing marks, which can overlap: stir-fried 412, honey-fried 341, bran 289, vinegar 164, ginger 154, wine 89, calcined 67, prepared 63, and processed Pinellia (Fa Ban Xia) 99.
