Taiyi-2 is a resource in the TCM LLM catalog (Awesome-TCM-LLM), dated 2025. It is maintained alongside the GitHub list of Traditional Chinese Medicine large language models.

Second Taiyi open biomedical model, moving from Qwen-7B to GLM4-9B with tighter data filters and task instructions. The model card still cites the Taiyi-1 JAMIA paper (10.1093/jamia/ocae037); there is no separate Taiyi-2 paper.
