tcm-cli is a resource in the TCM LLM catalog (Awesome-TCM-LLM), dated 2026. It is maintained alongside the GitHub list of Traditional Chinese Medicine large language models.
A terminal tool for asking TCM questions in natural language, including formula composition, syndrome questions, and compatibility checks. It needs Python 3.10 or newer and an LLM API key. Local data can be pulled for herbs, formulas, TCMSP, TCMID, and related sets. MIT license. The repository was created in February 2026.
